Shipping
For domestic US and Canada orders, we offer FREE Shipping on orders over $99.00. (Canadian residents are responsible for duties and taxes.)
Orders received before noon in your time zone will ship same-day, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders received after noon will ship the next day. If your order is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will ship the following Monday.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not guarantee on-time delivery or provide notification of delays, however, we are proud to note that we have a 95% on-time delivery track record.
Track the Status of Your Order
We can’t blame you for enthusiastically pacing the floor in anticipation of your order’s arrival. After you place your order, we’ll be sure to send you a shipping confirmation email. This confirmation will include a tracking number you can reference to see where your package is and when to expect delivery. Note that in some instances, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within five days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us using our contact form, and we’ll happily look into it.
