Our policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If at any time during the first year of ownership, an item does not perform to your expectations, just provide a photo and proof of purchase, and we will provide a replacement or an alternate selection at no additional cost, even if the item was purchased somewhere else. |
REFUND POLICY |

Our policy is 100% satisfaction guaranteed, and that includes refunding the purchase price (less shipping) even if the item was bought somewhere else (fewer taxes and shipping). Must have proof of purchase. *Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, even if the package is unopened. **We would never resell a returned product if it got back to us somehow. The product would be destroyed. |
PACKING & MAILING LIST | |
All our packages are shipped in plain brown boxes/envelopes with no external information or marking. The return address is that of our third-party warehouse to help mask the identity of the shipping company and reduce the possibility of someone discovering the nature of the contents. *Please be advised that international shipments require a commercial invoice outside the box describing the content.*
Response from Warehouse; (I would recommend placing the order before 2 pm pst. I have been advised that the driver arrives around 3 pm, giving us an hour to work with. Anything after is not guaranteed. It regards 'to be shipped the same day. This is just stating the order will be shipped the day the order was placed, not that the order will be delivered the same day.
